About Tima Ashi Farah

Tima Ashi Farah is an architect and visual artist based in the Netherlands. Her practice moves between built form and intuitive mark making — exploring presence, absence, and the space between.

Trained as an architect, she works at VMEZ architecten and is the owner of SET Arch and partner at SET Design. Her drawings and paintings extend that architectural sensibility into more emotional, often figurative territory.

Charcoal, ink, and paint are her primary tools. The recurring subject is the human face — not as portrait, but as a meeting place of light, shadow, and feeling.
